A HUGE HELLO!! I’m Laura and I’m so excited you’re here.

Welcome to Home Body Pilates, my peaceful, private home studio where women come to rebuild strength, feel confident, and reconnect with their bodies.

Whether you're a busy mum, just getting started, or easing back into movement, I offer personalized Pilates sessions that fit into your life not the other way around.

Pilates changed my life during a tough time in my twenties. Now, it’s my joy to help you feel strong, capable, and calm in your body and in your mind.

How Pilates Can Support You

Feel Strong, Grounded and Confident in Your Body

At Home Body Pilates, sessions are tailored completely to you. We don’t follow a formula or a cookie-cutter program. Instead, I take the time to understand your goals, your history, and how you want to feel and then build each session around that.

For new mums, I offer gentle postnatal programs that focus on rebuilding core strength and stability after childbirth, helping you feel more confident and grounded in your body again. If you’re looking to tone up, reduce stress, or simply move better in your daily life, you’ll find a supportive, private environment here. No loud music, no mirrors, no pressure.

My home studio is fully equipped with reformers, mats, and a range of props. I work with clients one-on-one or in small groups, and I offer flexible session times because I know how busy life gets.

Reformer Pilates

Supportive, strength-based training on the Reformer — personalised to help you feel strong and mobile.
$75 for a single session
$165 for 3 sessions
$300 for 6 sessions

Mat Pilates.

Flow-based movement using props, breath, and your body’s own weight.
$70 for a single session
$150 for 3 sessions
$270 for 6 session

Train with a friend (2 people)

Train with a friend, partner, or another mum double the fun and support.
$100 for a single session
$270 for 3 sessions
$480 for 6 sessions (total for 2 people)

Group Sessions (3-5 People)

Group energy, personal attention. These sessions are varied, fun, and still tailored to your group’s needs.
$120 for a single session
$300 for 3 sessions
$540 for 6 sessions (total for group)

Qualifications

Here’s What I Bring to the Mat

With over a decade of hands-on teaching and study, I bring together the best of Pilates, functional movement, yoga, and holistic wellness - so you feel supported, safe, and seen in every session.

I’ve trained with Elixr Health Clubs, STOTT Pilates, and the Australian Institute of Fitness, and hold certifications in Pre & Postnatal Pilates, Reformer & Matwork, Functional Movement Screening, Mobility Fundamentals, Yoga, Reiki Healing, Nutrition, and First Aid/CPR.

I’m always learning, so I can give you the most thoughtful, up-to-date support on your movement journey.
